日本語字幕の制作・利用について
有限会社ヘザー
有限会社ヘザーは、映画のオンライン公開、劇場上映、配給、 文化へのアクセス、歴史的作品の保存、教育などを目的として、 日本語字幕の翻訳および字幕版の制作を行なっています。
パブリックドメイン作品として紹介する映画について、 弊社は元の映画そのものの所有権や著作権は主張しません。 パブリックドメインの扱いは国・地域によって異なる場合があり、 原作、音楽、その他の構成要素に残る権利は、 映画本体とは別に確認する必要があります。
弊社が制作した日本語字幕の翻訳、独自の解説文、 その他の創作部分は、元の映画とは区別されます。 これらについて弊社が有する著作権は、 パブリックドメインの映画そのものを独占する権利ではありません。
研究、保存、教育、その他の利用に関するご相談も承ります。 弊社の字幕、解説文、または弊社が提供する字幕付き素材の 複製、転載、再配布、改変、上映、商業利用を希望される場合は、 事前にお問い合わせください。 クレジットの表記だけで、これらの利用を許諾したことにはなりません。 ただし、適法な引用など、適用される法律により認められる利用については、 弊社の許諾は不要です。
弊社にはパブリックドメインの映画へのアクセスを制限したり、 他の方が独自の翻訳や字幕版を制作することを妨げたりする意図はありません。 この方針は、弊社が制作した創作部分と、 弊社が提供する素材の利用に関するものです。

Japanese Subtitle Translation and Use Policy

Heather Co., Ltd. produces Japanese subtitle translations and prepares subtitled editions of films for online presentation, theatrical exhibition, distribution, cultural accessibility, historical preservation, and education.
For films we present as public-domain works, we do not claim ownership or copyright in the underlying motion pictures. Public-domain status may differ by jurisdiction, and any rights in underlying literary works, music, or other incorporated materials must be considered separately.
Our Japanese subtitle translations, original explanatory texts, and other original contributions are separate from the underlying films. Any copyright we hold in these contributions does not give us exclusive rights over the public-domain films themselves.
We welcome inquiries concerning research, preservation, educational use, and other forms of reuse. Please contact us in advance if you wish to reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly screen, or commercially use our subtitle translations, explanatory texts, or the subtitled materials we supply. Attribution alone does not constitute permission for such use. Uses permitted by applicable law, including lawful quotation, do not require our permission.
We do not seek to restrict access to public-domain films or prevent others from creating their own translations and editions. This policy concerns our own contributions and the use of the materials we supply.
